(I am working on creating a standardized sizing but as yet am not quite there.) Velcro on the side allows for adjustment which offers greater comfort for athletic activity or long periods of use.

Menstrual Pads - A classic tool for reclaiming your monthly secretions (whether you love them or not), I've been making pads for 9 years. I use mostly cotton, wool, and silk (all recycled, of course) for optimal comfort, absorbency, and hygiene. These can be thrown in the laundry with the rest of your clothes and re-used for up to 12 cycles. No more bleach, deforestation, or toxic sock syndrome. Just cozy, colourful catchment.
